Experience:

Admin & Executive Director: Center For Partnership And Civic Engagement –CEPACET (NGO), Jan-2008 to Date, • Working with CEPACET as Admin & Executive Director. In this job my responsibilities are dealing with all management and project responsibilities which include; Organizing Activities,Fundraising,Developing training Modules and reports, conducting trainings-workshops, Policy formulation for the organization, Making Documentaries, Presentations, Preparing the Project documents and Proposals, Hiring and Managing the Staff.

Country President: The Regenesiss – Kenya (NGO), works with The Regenesis as Country Representative. In this job my responsibilities is advocacy and initiating projects in line with Human Rights, democracy and Environmental issues. Presentations, Preparing the Project concept papers and Proposals, Hiring and Managing the Staff.

Coordinator: Friends Of Our Animals Network (FOAN): My responsibility here has been to share to the International community on animal's rights issues in Kenya and contributing to their magazines and blogs.

President: International Young Leaders in Action (NGO), helping in establishing the young organization whose objective is to bring young leaders together and share ideas as well as give capacity building conferences to the young emerging leaders across the world.

National Chairman: Capital Youth Caucus Association was elected the Organization's Chairman and served for two terms from 2000 to 2008.I was in charge of Chairing Meetings, Inaugurating new Projects, fundraising and ensuring general welfare of members as well as developing membership.

Projects:

Monitoring and Evaluation Officer: Worked as Monitoring and Evaluation Officer for Center For orphaned Children in Ongata Rongai,a center which was initiated by CYCA/ADDHU Partnership.

Coordinator: Strengthening the Interdependence and Democratic Practices through Interdependence Roundtables. I was responsible for all activities under this project in which with my team I organized many Roundatable meetings and seminar. At the end of the project in September 2010 I attended a one week event in Berlin, Germany, attended by the scholars, politicians, think thank, students, journalists, political parties leaders, NGOs and Donor agencies across the world to discuss and strengthen the Interdependence movement.

Coordinator: Access to Justice for and rights to Women-Project in Homabay District, through Center for Partnership and Civic Enagement. Under this project I coordinated with the project staff and also was responsible for all the activities organized by the project team. We established the Women Support centers and composed the mobile and static legal teams for legal support of women so that they can access land left behind by their late Husband where they were being denied access by inlaws till they accepted to be inherited,a practice which has lead to increased HIV/Aids Prevalence in the area.Over 200 women were trained in alternative source of income( CROP CULTIVATION),as opposed to fish mongering which has contributed to increase spread of HIV/AIDS because fishermen ask for sex first before selling fish to the women.

Social Mobilizer: Helped organize for voter registrations through the ''Knock the door get out the Vote Campaign'' in 2007 where over 100,000 voters registered through the initiative.

Lecturer: Menengai Medical Training College, I served as Microbiology and Hematology lecturer and Lab Manager in Menengai Medical Training College for 2 years.

Education:

Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology: 3 -year diploma program, Certificate in Leadership and management,

• (2002) Mombasa Polytechnic College University.

ADIM: Certificate in Leadership and management from Global institute of Leadership and Management.

Other Computer Skills: Certificate in Computer applications.

Research Skills: Did a short course in Research methodology in Menengai Medical and Training College.

Additional Info: • I have also served as the National Chairman of a National Political Party called the United People's Congress (UPC) which entered into coalition with The Ruling Party of National Unity (PNU) towards the 2007 general election.
