Carrol Bouah is an independent Public Relations, Media and Events specialist.
She has worked within television, radio and print media for almost 30 years and established herself within various governmental sectors, corporate and non-profit organisations.
Her work has afforded her the opportunity to consult within various corporate sectors and Government over many years.
A business developer with an emphasis on brand development, positioning and turnaround strategies, she prefers working within small / medium enterprises, developing markets.
Since 1995 she has worked on various events for the Nelson Mandela Metro including the Opening of Council.
Since 2003 managed various brand activations – from Banking to FMCG products.
She has also worked within the Construction, Interior Decor and Furnishing Design Industries.
Her passion for Youth Development resulted in her being offered a scholarship to complete an International Leadership Course in Norway, during 1985 – 1986.
Her knowledge of business spans over 30 years and this resulted in her being identified as a mentor for the Allan Gray Orbis Foundations served over a 2 year period.
Carrol has a special interest in all genres of the Arts, particularly leaning towards Women in Art and during a Women’s Month Event in 1999, became the first Events Specialist in Port Elizabeth to introduce an exhibition as part of the event.
She has also represented an artist and managed two exhibitions, one with the collaboration of The Alliance Francaise based in Johannesburg, South Africa.
