How to apply

HOW TO APPLY FOR PARTICIPATION:

1. Send registration mail to WAG HQ (wag.head.office@gmail.com) with your intention to participate, and let us know the kind of participation you choose - to be present or not present artist
a) If choose to be a present, let us know
i. do you plan to come alone, or accompanied (with someone with whom you will share a double room, for example family member, friend….)
ii. If you are coming alone, what type of accommodation you choose (single or double-bedroom shared with some other WAG artists, participant )
b) If choose not present, let us know
i. will you exhibit, as well,
ii. or you just want to be presented in the Book

2. If you are artist exhibitor - tell us will you bring your art work, or send it to Norway, via post
3. If you are artist exhibitor - tell us will you donate your art work to WAG NC Norway, IF NOT then you can take your art work with you on departure, or for not present artists - WAG NC Norway will send your art work back to you

When you get reply that registration is approved

4. Send fee (appropriate amount) to the WAG NC Norway bank account
5. Send payment confirmation to WAG HQ ((wag.head.office@gmail.com)
6. Send your data for the Book, to WAG HQ e-mail (see in "Details and conditions" page)

DYNAMICS and DEADLINES:

July 31st 2020 - REGISTRATION deadline
July 31st 2020 - until then 250 EUR must be paid, as a first part of the fee

(Registration is successful only if at least 250 EUR of the fee is paid)

October 31st 2020 - until then the full amount (rest of the fee, to complete amount) have to be paid
October 31st 2020 - till then Material for the Book have to be sent

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:

till October 31st - cancellation is without penalty, except 250 EUR (not refundable amount)
from November - nothing is refundable
