WAG annual membership fee for 2020 is 60 EUR per person, and have to be paid to the WAG Organization bank account
If you are still not WAG member, pay your annual membership fee and send us your CV or artistic statement, personal photo and few info on your art work (photos, or links, or else)

Maximum 100 Artists
Beside artistic quality, advantage will have members with a longer and more active membership internship.
PARTICIPATION FEE:
PRESENT ARTISTS:
990 euros for a present artists with a shared room accommodation (250 euros not refundable)
1.190 euros for a present artists with a single room accommodation (250 euros not refundable)
Fee is the same amount for artists as well as for their accompany.
NOT PRESENT ARTISTS
250 euros for artists who just want to be presented in the Book
450 euros for a not present artists who send art work for exhibition, and art work is donation for WAG NC Norway
550 euros for a not present artists who send art work for exhibition and want art work to be send them back, after the Festival
FEE FOR PRESENT ARTISTS INCLUDES
Hotel accommodation, meals, facilities, book, certificate, trips, workshops, organized group travels inside Norway:
- group transport from the Oslo airport to Aasgaardstrand (first day), and back (last day)
- hotel accommodation, bed and breakfast
- meals
- facilities for all kind of artistic events, lectures, workshops… with techniques and technical support

- personal photo and photo of art work (for the GAMES 2021) - suggested size is 1MB or near

VISA PROCESS:
Hotel accommodation confirmation and Guarantee Letter, for those who need a visa, will be provided in August 2020, by the Host WAG NC Norway, only to those who will have made successful registrations with made at least 250 EUR (not refundable) part of the participation fee payment.
