All Art disciplines artists need to have title "SCREAM" FOR PEACE AND EQUAL RIGHTS in mind when create art pieces for the GAMES 2021, and also to make them in a special format.
SIZE: 40x40 cm for PAINTINGS, DRAWINGS, PHOTOS, TEXTILE ART...
Format: 40 x 40 cm with or without frame - is only acceptable
This rule not applies on other exhibits, as sculptures, ceramics, jewelry
Scream is the theme but you can make any other motive you want, as long as Scream inspires you
