Artists of all Art disciplines can participate in the GAMES 2015
EXHIBITORS can exhibit maximum 2 art works

ART DISCIPLINES
DETAILS:
AWARDS - WAG Commissions will choose the best Artist in each Art discipline, and WAG HQ will award them
BOOK - All artists will be published in the „Book of the Games 2015“ (2 pages per artist) and will receive one Book and Certificate. The best artist from each discipline will have special place in the Book.
FEE`s are as follows:
- with accommodation via WAG (Park Inn Danube Hotel, 4*, center of Bratislava – Stare Mesto), 8 half boards - September 1st - 9th
- 1.070 EUR - double bedroom or 1.370 EUR - single bedroom (per member of national WAG team with 1-5 participants in total)
- 1.020 EUR - double or 1.320 EUR - single (per member with 6-10 participants)
- 970 EUR - double or 1.270 EUR - single (per member with 11-20 participants)
- 920 EUR - double or 1.220 EUR - single (per member with 21 or more participants)
- FEE per Guest (accompany in double bed room) = 950 EUR
- without accommodation, and the same for not present artists
- 700 EUR (per member of national WAG team with 1-5 participants in total)
- 650 EUR (per member with 6-10 participants)
- 600 EUR (per member with 11-20 participants)
- 550 EUR (per member with 21 or more participants)
- NOTE: Those participants, who need a visa for entry into the European Union will have to have reserved accommodation (Vaucher) for visa application procedures.
- special fee and conditions for a groups, not present
- 1.500 EUR per group (theater, musical – dance – vocal – performer group)
- Participation by sending video recording or as on-line show
- special fee for WAG Hungary, without hotel accommodation
- 350 EUR (per member, 1-5 participants)
- 300 EUR (per member, 6-10 participants)
- 250 EUR (per member, 11-20 participants)
- 200 EUR (per member, 21 or more participants)
- special fee for WAG Slovakia, without hotel accommodation
- 250 EUR (per member, 1-10 participants)
- 200 EUR (per member, 11-20 participants)
- 150 EUR (per member, 21 or more participants)

- needed facilities for cultural events - museums, galleries, cinema, theater, open space / with technical support

- one day excursion to Vienna (Capital of Austria), guided by English speaking guide – ONLY for artists with accommodation via WAG
- cost of postage – for the Book and Certificate, ONLY for not present artists
NOT PRESENT ARTISTS
All Art works which will be sent, must arrive to Bratislava between August 1st and 20th, 2015
Art works from non EU States must be sent with valid ATA CARNET
Art works with ATA CARNET can not be donated for the NEW WAG COLLECTION, to be exhibited till the Games 2017
EXHIBITORS and EXHIBITS:
1 or maximum 2 art works can be exhibited per Artist
Artists can bring art works with them, or send them enough before to arrive in Bratislava between August 1st and 20th, 2015
For every art work have to be defined at the REGISTRATION if will be donated to WAG, as a part of the NEW WAG COLLECTION, which will be exhibited till the Games 2017
Artist can choose to donate other work, different from those that will be exposed during the Games – in this case at the registration we need full data for this art work, too (photo, details, with note: DONATION)

by e-mail, on info@wagames.org, with filled REGISTRATION form and requested supplements (PHOTO....)
Together with REGISTRATION have to be sent bank confirmation about payment of the full fee, or at least 200 EUR, as the first installment of the fee
Please add information about possible special requests concerning food and needed information about possible guests (accompany)

PHOTO OF ART WORK which will be exhibited (or photo from performance) - 1 MB minimum

VISA ISSUE
Those who will need visa for participation, will receive Invitation Letter from WAG HQ - only when fee payment will be completed
RECOMMENDATION FOR TRAVEL
recommended is to take a flight to Vienna airport
the bus runs every hour from Vienna airport to the Center of Bratislava
price of the ticket, today, is 7 EUR per person
NOTES
Those who will come earlier or leave later, must book and pay for their additional accommodation by themselves (for the period out of the term of the Games)
Shorter stay at the Games is possible, but the fee remains the same
Accommodation in a triple bed room is not possible
